In an industry that constantly evolving, Monica Bjørkmo Ringen has played a great part in aquaculture and process industries for over three decades. Her career shows a vision of quality and dedication, where she consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to tackle complex challenges and bring out the best in those around her. So, there is to no surprise that Pure Salmon Technology has appointed her as their new Project Director.
Over the years, Bjørkmo Ringen has held roles spanning engineering, design, project management, and business development. With more than 20 years of experience from Pure Salmon Technology, Krüger Kaldnes and related companies, she has made big contributions to projects in Norway and worldwide.

As Project Director, Bjørkmo Ringen oversees a department of 19 people, including project managers, site managers, and a commissioning team. She leads the planning, execution, and delivery of Pure Salmon Technology’s projects, covering both national and international assignments. Among these is the construction of a facility for Grieg Seafood in Adamselv, a modern facility combining advanced technology, environmentally conscious solutions, and a strong focus on fish welfare. Bjørkmo Ringen demonstrates that leadership is about creating both results and meaning for those around her. Her expertise and experience will undoubtedly remain a valuable asset for Pure Salmon Technology in the years to come.
