Practical training
Practical training in operation and maintenance, delivered in real operational conditions. Training is tailored to different roles and includes on-site support during start-up to help operators build confidence and experience before taking full operational responsibility.

Digital learning
Pure Salmon Academy provides digital training before and after start-up, covering RAS operations, fish welfare, biosecurity, HSE and production routines. Courses can be completed at your own pace, repeated when needed and used to document competence development.

Standardised operations
We provide standard operating procedures (SOPs) covering biosecurity, fish welfare, operations, maintenance and emergency response. Combined with structured training, these procedures help reduce risk, improve consistency and support reliable day-to-day operations.

Operational support
After handover, we provide on-site operational support, training alongside farm operators and assistance during critical phases of production. Our specialists work closely with operational teams to help build confidence, strengthen routines and support stable day-to-day operations.

Fish welfare & biosecurity
Our fish welfare specialists support customers with biosecurity, fish health, water quality and operational practices. The focus is on protecting fish welfare and supporting stable, predictable production.
