Combining passion with leadership
For Anders, joining Pure Salmon Technology was an opportunity to combine his passion for salmon fishing and aquaculture with a new professional challenge.

Although he has extensive leadership experience, the role has also provided an opportunity to develop in a new field. “I have already learned a great deal from my colleagues. What motivates me most is working with people, building strong teams and developing together.”
When asked to describe the working environment, one word stands out: collaboration. “There is a willingness to help each other and share knowledge across disciplines. That makes it both enjoyable and rewarding to come to work every day.”
Looking ahead, Anders is focused on building strong relationships, learning more about RAS technology and contributing to the continued development of the team.
